Southend Pier Dash - On the Day Instructions

 

1.    Registration will open promptly at 8am and everyone will need to be registered by 8.15am to allow you enough time to warm up by walking down the pier to the starting point. If you arrive late then unfortunately you may not be able to take part due to the space restrictions on the pier for the event to take place.
2.    The dash will start promptly at 9am and you will be running in groups of five according to your target time and there will be approximately 30 seconds to a minute between each group.
3.    Please also remember that you are running on a pier so there could be uneven surfaces, so please take extra care to avoid any accidents.

The Southend Pier Dash is a fundraising event and you will be raising vital funds to support the vulnerable people in and around Southend who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
